Paul Teasdale kleeneze orders tip

I recently went through all of my orders and added allo of my contacts to excell. This make delivering orders easier and also if you have stragglers you can telephone them and take orders over the phone. Tell the customers that you will pick up the catalogues when you return with the order. You then have new orders when you deliver the goods.
My main point is that once you add your customers to excell you can copy and paste into a word document. Then you save your word document into csv format which means you can transfer the csv file to your mobile phone. Hay Presto! all of your customers are in your phone. This is excellent when ringing customers just be for you deliver.
