Good morning Lloyd....well here goes ....today is the first of the 10 days Klite detox programme......actually I've always said ' I would never take any lotions and potions ' as I call them especially coming from a working slimming industry 15 years ago..... ( ha too many meals out , holidays and just other stuff ive let my weight increase ) ......Timing !!!! absolutely Perfect time......i had been inundated with people from other networks asking me to join ......seriously my thoughts obviously No Way....thankfully kleeneze this fabulous company has launched this product. ......so here I go. ....I'll keep a diary ....ha being a person who loves food and red wine I'm looking forward to the challenge......ps tonight my first night im booked in to an Italian restaurant.....I'm not going to do without gorgeous food ....I've aleardy worked out and counted to make the most of the 600 healthy calories smile emoticon☺

Sandra Laydon Tip for throughout the day....use skimmed milk for shakes.....drink plenty of water cold / boiled.....keep your evening meal in mind 😎it'll help get you through the day....I love food and believe me you can have a fabulous feast in the evening with 600 healthy calories.....😎😎😎

Sandra Laydon Day 19....breakfast and lunch as it states on the box....again I felt great....this evening I was at parents and I cooked for us a chicken dinner....I like to partially cook my potatoes in microwave until they're slightly soft then in the cooker sprayed with fry lite. ...lush ...tastes like roosties...chicken breast with the skin and loads piled high veg....curly kale carrots broccoli and red wine 😎

Sandra Laydon Day 24... Today Sunday I again worked my 600 calories around social life.... Breakfast milkshake etc... Lunch 2 slices of thin beef with plenty of veg.... I had second milkshake at 4 pm altering tablets too then at 7pm I had chicken with green salad beetroot sweetcorn red onion Aloe vera juice at 8 pm 😎....again never feeling hungry and certainly not feeling without x
