The VIP Trophy is awarded for consistency of effort and outstanding personal retail sales. It is awarded to the Distributorship with the highest personal retail sales (not PSG) for the year and can be won by any Distributor regardless of their status or length of time in the business.
Winning Distributors will qualify for the next Destination.
